Where Vision Meets Imagination

Welcome to my world

I believe we can change the world, changing how we talk with each other and bringing more compassion in relations.

This space was created with a simple intention: to bring people closer to themselves and to one another. I believe in the quiet power of empathy, in the strength that grows when we feel seen, and in the healing that happens when we gather in community. Here, we honor our shared humanity—our stories, our senses, our tenderness, and our courage. My work is rooted in the idea that connection is both a need and a gift, and that every person carries a wisdom worth listening to. This is a place where you can slow down, breathe, and rediscover meaning in the small, human moments that shape us.

About me

My name is Octavia Adriana Udrescu and I discovered the power of NVC in 2018. I am mother of 2 beautiful daughters (inside and out, and I am aware that this is a label) and a marriage of 32 years with her ups and downs,  as normal. I was living in a world where I was almost always wrong, where my inner critic was trying to help me to become better, making my life miserable. I was not good enough. Not a good enough mother, not a good enough wife, not a good enough employee. I was trapped in hell in my own mind. With no chance of getting out as I received the society messages that this is the right way to develop, to grow.

And at that point I started a NVC class with Ian Peatey. I was familiar with the NVC book wrote by Marshall Rosenberg, but it was only through real connection that I learned about empathy and self empathy. I was shocked and amazed to find out another way to connect with myself, to be gentle with the shortcomings of being human.

I was finally able to breathe and rest. From that moment I knew I wanted to share NVC to the world, that my deepest desire is to live in a society that values connection and empathy.  I was empowered to dedicate time and energy to build this space within myself and into my family, first.

My effort and dedication rippled through my family as the relationship softened and the connection became a daily routine.
