Role play

Role‑play for authentic expression through Nonviolent Communication
Growth. Connection. The courage to try something new.

Another session of Nonviolent Communication Role‑Play has just come to an end, and I’m feeling deeply grateful for the depth and vitality of this program. I enjoyed authentic encounters, openness, and the courage participants showed in bringing real situations from their lives: relationships with mothers‑in‑law, dynamics with sisters‑in‑law, challenges with children, and much more.

🎭 Why role‑play?
Because, in my experience, this way of working brings clarity, releases tension, and opens new pathways for expression.
In role‑play, you have the chance to practice what you might say in real life, to test different options, to feel how they resonate in your body and in your heart.

We work with several roles:

  • The Giraffe – the voice of empathy and needs
  • The Jackal – the voice of judgments, fear, and protection
  • The Empathy Partner – the listening space
  • The Observer – the one who sees the dynamic and brings clarity

This way, each participant can contribute in multiple ways and discover their own inner resources.

🌸 Benefits

  • You transform real situations from your life
  • You practice honest listening and expression
  • You connect to your authenticity and see what truly matters to you
  • You learn the language of needs and feelings
  • You practice empathy and guessing the other person’s needs
  • You learn to pause, to listen, and to understand what lies behind the words
  • You discover how the giraffe and the jackal are natural parts of you, each with its own role in protection and learning

In this program, we worked more on the personal side than the professional one, a sign of how profoundly important close relationships are in our lives, just as well‑being research shows.

CNV Workshops

My experiential workshops combine nonviolent practices, reflective theory, and creative learning through drawing to create a safe and engaging space for personal and group development.

Participants explore concepts such as empathy, communication, boundaries, and cooperation through interactive exercises that encourage both intellectual understanding and embodied experience.

Drawing is used as a powerful tool for self-expression and exploration. Through guided visual activities, participants externalize thoughts and emotions that are often difficult to articulate with words. This process supports deeper insight, fosters connection within the group, and opens new pathways for learning.

Play and joy are central, because what we enjoy is what we remember.

Community

Together with Lidia Badea we have build a women’s community dedicated to learning and growth. It  is a supportive circle where members come together with intention, curiosity, and openness. Once a month, we meet in different settings: cafes, museums or other cozy places. Each gathering feels fresh and inspiring, shaped by the energy of the place and the women present.

The group is built on trust, encouragement, and shared experience and we have guests as an element of surprise. Meetings might include guided discussions, creative activities, or collaborative projects.

More than just a meetup, the community is a space for connection and empowerment. It celebrates growth—both individual and collective—and creates a sense of belonging where women feel seen, heard, and inspired to become the best versions of themselves.

Empathic Coaching

As a certified coach, my approach integrates evidence-based coaching methodologies with principles and tools from Nonviolent Communication (NVC). This combination supports clear thinking, emotional awareness, and respectful, authentic communication, helping clients gain insight and move toward meaningful, sustainable change.

During the session, you can expect to: clarify a current goal, explore your needs and identify practical next steps.

If you are interested I offer a complimentary 60-minute introductory coaching session for women who wish to explore personal or professional development in a structured and supportive environment.
